The Yacon Berry Smoothie
What you will need:
1/2 cup of mixed berries (Frozen or Fresh)
1/2 cup of low fat 1% milk
3 table spoons yogurt (any flavor)
2 table spoons organic yacon syrup
1 scoop / packet of protein powder (any flavor)
Mix in blender for 30 seconds and serve!
To have it chilled use frozen berries because they add thickness to the smoothie.
